Staff is always friendly and reliable, they come by our office weekly to check in and answer any questions we have. Aviva does a great job waxing and shampooing our floors and carpet. Edgar was very responsive to my initial request for a meeting. He was courteous and very professional. He noted every item we needed cleaned and had recommendations of his own. We scheduled three cleanings (construction clean, second, and final). The crew did an OUTSTANDING job each time they came out. The district manager and store manager were both very impressed and the store looked fantastic for the grand opening!
