AViVA Cleaning Services has been taking care of my home and my office for several years. They also took care of my son’s home after my grand twins came home. After flooding twice, my home was well deserving of a fresh start. AViVA, sent Maria over and Maria knew what to do. She came very well prepared. I was very amazed with end results. Edgar was very responsive to my initial request for a meeting. He was courteous and very professional. He noted every item we needed cleaned and had recommendations of his own. We scheduled three cleanings (construction clean, second, and final). The crew did an OUTSTANDING job each time they came out. The district manager and store manager were both very impressed and the store looked fantastic for the grand opening!

Thank you for your cleaning services for the West OSO Administration Project. Your team was great to work with. Your office staff was very responsive on providing the necessary paperwork to get the job set up. The on-site team was on time, detail oriented, and worked efficiently to clean the building to the highest of standards.
Had an absolutely incredible experience when I called to have my apartment cleaned before moving out. I was a bit anxious, having never paid for a cleaning service before and having this super dirty apartment that I thought was a lost cause (I’d lived at this place for 2 years with pets and 2 out of control kids) but when it was all said and done, the place looked totally different. It was seriously like night and day.
Oh but wait, there’s more. Oh yes.
My two biggest fears were A.) my super tight budget, and B.) my super tight deadline. I mean, I called like a day and a half before I had to turn the keys to the apartment in to the leasing office (my fault, I’m a procrastinator). I told AViVA that I had a super busy work schedule and a super tight deadline to have my place cleaned.
Not only did someone meet me at the apartment THAT SAME NIGHT to walk through and do an estimate, but the quote I got was better priced than everything I was told, by friends/coworkers, to expect from paid cleaning services.
And yes; they somehow managed to get my place to look brand new, meet up at a time of my choosing to do the walk-through, and got everything wrapped up before I had to turn the keys in. AND they even gave me a military discount!
I couldn’t be happier with how much AViVA helped me out. Big shout out to Karen; you did an awesome job thank you so much for the great customer service! 5 stars, all day every day.
We have been using AViVA for the past month and we can not complain. We previously had a cleaning crew that just wasn’t cutting it and decided to try AViVA. We are extremely satisfied!
