First, maintenance cleaning maintains the current condition of your space. Therefore, we dedicate a set number of man hours to dust, clean and sanitize specific areas along with trash removal. Second, we follow a checklist located on our service agreement so there is accountability.
Third, it includes cleaning and sanitizing of floors, restroom toilets & restroom counters. Fourth, the checklist will specify to clean and sanitize the kitchen or break room counters and the exterior surfaces of your kitchen or break room appliances. It is the most cost effective type of cleaning. Weekly service will keep your space clean and presentable.
Deep Cleaning Description:
In this paragraph, you will find out more about deep cleaning. Deep cleaning is different that maintenance cleaning. The man hours needed increases to handle the detailed work. The price is determined by square footage and traffic that goes through your space.
Factors taken into account are the type and number of surfaces to be cleaned. We also look to see how much build up there is. With deep cleaning we follow a cleaning checklist that you get to see before we begin the work. Basically, pay special attention to hand wipe areas such as low vents, ceiling fans, chairs and chair bases, blinds, baseboards, shelving and fixtures.
Another inclusion is cleaning and sanitizing of floors, restroom toilets & counters. Additionally, will also clean and sanitize kitchen or break room counters and the exterior surfaces of kitchen or break room appliances.
Deep cleaning will get your facility back on track when you have not had professional cleaning before, or if you have only been subscribing to maintenance cleaning. We highly recommended quarterly deep cleaning.
